Fasteners for solar trackers and solar panel structures
We offer a selection of standard carbon steel fasteners for the structure, in grades 8, 10, 8.8, 10.9, 10.9, 12.9, HV 140, HV 160, HV 200, HV 300, which guarantee maximum strength and durability. A2 and A4 stainless steel screws are also used to fix the panel to the structure. The items used for the solar trackers are: hexagonal screws, Allen screws, washers, hexagonal nuts and self-locking nuts.
The standard standards used in both fixed and mobile structures are: DIN 931, DIN 933, DIN 6921, EN 15048, DIN 912, DIN 934, DIN 985, DIN 6923, DIN 125, DIN 9021, NFE 25513, DIN 6798-A.
In order to offer greater protection against corrosion, especially in aggressive environments, we offer a special coating service in hot-dip galvanising (HDG) and Nickel Zinc Plating (Zn-Ni) with resistances adapted to the needs of each customer, and anti-corrosion application.
In addition to this standard range, we adapt to the needs of the photovoltaic project by offering articles outside the range, to drawing or other qualities.
